1. Are you a manufacturer?

Yes, we are direct manufacturer with competitive price and high experience.

2. Are your samples free or need cost?

Actually it depends on the products. For low value products, we will provide free samples. And for some high value samples or Customized sample it need to pay for the sample's cost.

3. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

If you have your own express account then please provide the account No. to us, then we will ship out the sample for you by your express. If without your own express then we will usually ship out the sample by UPS or Fedex,
you need to pay for the costs by yourself,and the costs will be returned back from the amount once the bulk order be placed.

4. Can you do the designs for us?

Yes! Customer design is warmly welcomed.

5. How long can I except to get the sample?

It will be ready for 7-15 days. The sample will be sent you by express, you can use our own express account or prepay for us if you don't have an account.

6. Is the MOQ negotiable?

Yes, MOQ is negotiable, while the unit price is different according to the order quantity.

7. How long is the lead time?

Lead time depends on the order quantity. Normally 7-30 days and special case 40-50 days in sales peak season. Please contact us for details.

8. Can I arrange third party inspection?

Yes, we welcome QC from customers and third-party inspection.

9. How to check during the production?

We will take photos and videos of your goods for you to check and know the process during the production.

10. How to trace the shipment?

For the sample's shipping, we will provide you the tracking No. and the Express company for you to track from their website. And for the bulk goods' shipping,we will provide you the B/L list and the Website of shipping company, usually you can track with the container No. or B/L No. for all the details of goods.

11. Warranty.

For all our furniture the warranty time will be 2 years,any serious damage during the time we will provide new one with free. Online instruction for normal using. We also take all charges of the damage and lost during the shipping.
